Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare new L/C, LCAF and TT application & process the L/C opening toward bank on time.
∎ Check L/C draft and make appropriate corrections/amendments and inform bank to transmit L/C.
∎ Make further amendments after transmitting L/C.
∎ Prepare L/C retire documents and release original documents from bank sent them to C&F agent.
∎ Item costing for L/C items.
∎ Collect copy shipping documents and check as per L/C terms.
∎ Endorsement of shipping guarantee.
∎ Resolve any dispute over L/C and cargo in timeliness manner with supplier.
∎ Mail correspondence with suppliers/banks/C&F/other stake holders.
∎ Check C&F bill for payment and close L/C file on time.
∎ Prepare documentation of L/C related issues.
∎ Perform inter Divisional liaison regarding MRR preparation and work order completion.
∎ Prepare L/C statement as required.
∎ Update shipment status regularly.
∎ Any other related assignment given by the superior/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer efficiency is a must. Adequate knowledge on MS Office package, internet browsing, emailing, etc.
∎ Ability to meet deadline.
∎ Honest, energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
