∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputed institution.
∎ PGD in HRM will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Food (Packaged), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly attendance & participate in recruitment.
∎ Prepare different types of admin bills.
∎ Supervision of security, housekeeping, health, safety, Hygiene & Sanitation of the plant.
∎ Ensure Fire Extinguishers are refilled and ready for emergency needs and train employee to use them in case of fire.
∎ Hire manpower from internal & external sources.
∎ Support Emergency Medical Treatment.
∎ Support all Administrative work.
∎ Preserve & update CV of all employees for ready reference and talent tracking.
∎ Liaison with local people around side the factory.
∎ Prepare offer letter & increment letter.
∎ Do worker counseling.
∎ Work on courier management.
∎ Face compliance issues.
∎ Maintain transport and ensure all logistics support as and when required.
∎ Monitor canteen management.
∎ Hire outside workers for distribution vehicle load (Closing order).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced in similar industry will be preferred.
∎ Proactive with good Communication skills.
