∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Mineral Water, Beverage, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and Coordinate DWASA (Water ATM) projects, monitor, maintenance, support, documentation and supervise technical & operational aspects to ensure maximum output as per organization requirement.
∎ Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Liaise with various bodies and individuals, including local authorities, government agencies, clients, contractors, residents, suppliers, technical experts and other consultants.
∎ Budgeting and estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of construction schedule as per targets set by Management.
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
∎ Inspects machine sampling and measuring devices to determine source of problem or if equipment is malfunctioning.
∎ Reviews sampling and operational reports to ensure that results are within limits of water quality standards.
∎ Conducts tests, such as pH and dissolved oxygen, to ascertain effluent levels.
∎ Take necessary action in case of excessive fluctuation in waterflow or major breakdown in equipment.
∎ Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure ATM plants are kept safe and compliant in all aspects.
∎ Provide guidance to departments, coach, mentor & develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.
∎ Establish strategy and best practices for team members to ensure achievement of overall business objectives.
∎ Review the use of technological systems that support a more environmentally friendly approach.
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
∎ Receiving the required material from store, sending materials timely to plant location efficiently & ensuring proper utilization of materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Must have good command in MS office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. E-mail communication.
∎ Able to build up strong leadership skills.
∎ Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing towards diverse audience.
∎ Must possess negotiation skills.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Professional attitude towards job responsibility.
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Well organized and a good team player.
