∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering or EEE from a reputed university with good academic record. Graduates from other discipline having experience in Generator sales are also encouraged to apply.

∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Direct Sales and Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure sales & collection of Diesel generator (FGW & GLAD) against yearly sales target.
∎ Ensure products technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
∎ Sales query collection from different market like bank, real estate, textiles and garments industries, Agro industries etc.
∎ Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers with planning and organizing sales call schedule.
∎ Visit customers regularly to develop the relationships to facilitate the expansion of company's trading portfolio throughout the market.
∎ Financial proposal checking and submit to respective client.
∎ Prepare and submit tender documents for financial institute and non-government projects.
∎ Necessary documents collection from clients, history of work order preparation and submission to Management for approval.
∎ Inter departmental coordination. and follow up for smooth delivery, installation and commissioning.
∎ Ensure payment collection on time.
∎ Report preparation for Managements reporting as per CBO's direction.
∎ Assist fellow team members regarding technical/financial issues.
∎ Prepare elaborate plan for sales activities and evaluate feasibility, targeting the customer segment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Clear understanding about Generator market
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English
∎ Full mobility to travel and must be customer oriented.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
