Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
∎ Coordinate & linkup with various departments for improving work quality & speed.
∎ Give time to time work report & result to the management & identify work error & limitation. Beside give new idea for recovering the problem.
∎ Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
∎ Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
∎ Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.
∎ Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Analyzing program risks.
∎ Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
∎ Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
∎ Acts as intermediary between community, developers, government entities, and business.
∎ Handles rezoning, site plans, special-use permits, and related materials with codes and local and national regulations. Working on strategy with the business team.
∎ Gathers relevant statistical data and drafts reports on issues such as demographic information, occupancy rates, and land use.
∎ Sets schedule for project or development and flow of requisite materials. Supervises other planning personnel, such as consultants and developers.
∎ Prepares budget and oversees expenditures & Sets goals, policies, and procedures for project.
∎ Interprets and evaluates legal documents and relevant legislation to assess impact on project.
∎ Communicates with other managers, supervisors, and colleagues throughout project. Any other assignment by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 - 10 years of relevant experiences in Prominent Real Estate Company.
∎ Need sound knowledge about computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
