- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CMA, ACCA, CFA) preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and procedures.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and investment planning.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Supervise and guide the finance/accounts team.
