∎ Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking an honest, energetic and punctual Asst. Manager/ Manager, Factory Administration and Operations who has at least 7 years practical work experiences in factory environment.
∎ Candidates from Door, Boards, Furniture or Plastics company`s are highly encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall factory management and create a healthy and comfortable work environment within the organization.
∎ To ensure maximum output by utilizing staff competencies in a professional way.
∎ Ensure cleanliness of office and factory premises. Look after safety & security issue of the factory area.
∎ Manage overall factory payroll management.
∎ Ability to analysis different types of production matrices like production capacity, actual production, gap analysis and taking corrective actions.
∎ Responsible for necessary logistics support as and when required.
∎ Maintain good relationship and must be updated with head office.
∎ To ensure the maximum productivity from employee through proper training and guideline.
∎ Maintain good relationship with the local bodies, govt. agencies as per required. Facing different audits like Kolkarkhana, Fire, Environment, BIDA etc.
∎ Answer employees queries about HR & Admin related issues.
∎ Overlook & coordinate over all factory operations from production to delivery point.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate who has administrative experiences at factory environment in door, board, sheet or any kinds of PVC industries are highly encouraged to apply.
