Job Context:
∎ KEPCO Plant Service & Engineering Co. Ltd. (KEPCO-KPS) is Operation & Maintenance of Summit Meghnaghat Power Co. Ltd. which is 337 MW/ 305 MW Dual Fuel Combined Cycle Power Plant. KEPCO-KPS is a subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), the state owned power utility in South Korea. It is one of the largest O&M service company in the world and are currently engaged in O&M services in South Korea for 60,000MW which is about 75% of South Korea`s total power generation. KEPCO-KPS is also providing O&M services in India, Philippines, Madagascar, Jordan and Mexico among others totaling about 5000MW.
∎ Job Location : Narayanganj (Sonargaon)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant Electrical equipment as required to support plant operation.
∎ Maintain and control spare parts inventory.
∎ Assist in maintaining print files, vendor files and the equipment maintenance record.
∎ Assist in requisitioning parts and supplies.
∎ Maintain the plant mobile equipment and others asserts.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe shop and plant environment.
∎ Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
∎ Assist in budget planning and control.
∎ Cross train in ICE as time permits.
∎ Assist in plant operation as required.
∎ Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
∎ Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects.
∎ Maintains positive community relations.
∎ Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize Plant operation.
∎ Maintain emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of plant.
∎ Maintain a high degree of skill in typical PC-based business computing applications such as databases, word processors, spreadsheets, etc.
∎ Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 programs.
∎ Follow all kind of company regulations and rules including HSE.
∎ Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ 3-4 years working experience in power generation facility or process with minimum three (2) years of working experience in CCPP (preferable) power generation facility
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English.
