Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc Engineering degree in EEE/Civil/Mechanical or B. Sc in Environmental Science from reputed university

Job Context:
∎ KEPCO Plant Service & Engineering Co. Ltd. (KEPCO-KPS) is Operation & Maintenance of Summit Meghnaghat Power Co. Ltd. which is 337 MW/ 305 MW Dual Fuel Combined Cycle Power Plant. KEPCO-KPS is a subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), the state owned power utility in South Korea. It is one of the largest O&M service company in the world and are currently engaged in O&M services in South Korea for 60,000MW which is about 75% of South Korea`s total power generation. KEPCO-KPS is also providing O&M services in India, Philippines, Madagascar, Jordan and Mexico among others totaling about 5000MW.
∎ Job Nature
∎ Contractual (Initial 6 months) but possibility to extend.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The implementation, monitoring and supervision of environmental, health & safety practices for construction project.
∎ Conduct regular EHS meeting with all contractors safety representatives
∎ To implement the safety measures of the construction EHS Plan.
∎ To undertake risk assessments of construction area.
∎ To approve permits to work (e.g. hot work, confined space work, excavation work, work at height etc.);
∎ To act as an emergency responder during any emergency situation.
∎ Physically check and confirm that all EHS work procedures and instructions are being followed and maintained
∎ To check materials entry and exit procedure is being followed.
∎ To supervise security personnel's of the construction site.
∎ To prepare daily work activities report and submit to owner.
∎ To ensure safety during the crane operation in construction area
∎ To undertake workplace inspections regular basis
∎ To prepare EHS reports and submit to owner
∎ To investigate construction related incidents and accidents and prepare report
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ To Provides EHS education/training and induction to all contractor's labors, visitors & suppliers and maintain records
∎ Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ 1-2 years working experience in construction operations and worksite management.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English.
