∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from UGC approved Privet & Public University.
∎ BRAC, NSU, IUB, AIUB, AUST, EWU student is highly preferred.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in solar energy project management, sales and implementation.
∎ Strong understanding of government projects and funding schemes such as Dug Well, LLP, Rooftop solar & other related projects.
∎ Experience in handling EGP tender.
∎ Proven track record of rooftop solar installations for NGOs and corporate clients with the ability to manage large-scale projects.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the planning, execution and management of solar pumping systems for government projects.
∎ Manage rooftop solar system installations for corporate clients, NGOs and govt. entities, including project design, installation and sales generation.
∎ Drive sales for solar energy systems by identifying new business opportunities in both the public and private sectors, including NGOs & corporate clients.
∎ Oversee the execution of government projects, ensuring compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
∎ Handle the e-GP tendering process, from documentation to bid submission and post-tender follow-up.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
∎ Provide technical support for solar systems, ensuring proper installation and system functionality while complying with regulations.
∎ Ensure the smooth coordination of all aspects of solar projects, including logistics, timelines and budgets forecasting.
∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Asst. Manager for the Implementation and Sales of solar pumping and rooftop projects. The ideal candidate must have a passion for renewable energy and a strong background in sales and implementation. Also have knowledge about e-GP Tender.

∎ Key Responsibilities:
