Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
diesel power, Solar Power Plant, Sub Station
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, supervise and manage the electrical maintenance team.
∎ Maintain & operate the power plants in a safe, smooth and effective manner by regular maintenance of Engines and related auxiliary machineries as Solar Inverter, Compressor, Generator, Solar Pumps and Heat Exchangers etc.
∎ Control and economic consumption of spare parts, fuel, lubricants, chemicals and other consumables.
∎ Manage the Electrical works for the successful implementation of the project and after completion of project etc.
∎ Review and evaluate Quality procedures, test procedures, start-up procedures, commissioning and trouble-shooting procedures.
∎ Maintenance, trouble shooting of solar grid tied, off grid and diesel engine-based power plants.
∎ Ensure proper schedule maintenance and other of plant machinery carried out in time.
∎ Perform diagnostic work on elector-mechanical faults and plant outages and repair of equipment as may be appropriate.
∎ Monitor and record process parameters and take proactive maintenance plan accordingly.
∎ Maintain documentations related to operation, maintenance, inventory etc.
∎ Understand faults, troubles and response with preventive and corrective actions/maintenance.
∎ To coordinate and comply with other departments (Operations, Logistics and Bunkering) as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge about construction equipment and spare parts.
∎ Planning and Supervision of Electrical & Civil construction works of Solar and Diesel based power plants.
∎ Business Development and feasibility study for new project.
∎ Experience in minimum 3MW solar power plant construction and operation experience will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in practicing standard Health, Safety and Environment policy and should come from Electrical Maintenance background.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control etc.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Capable to work under pressure and the willingness to work in any situations.
