∎ B.Sc. in any discipline from any Public University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect necessary data for upcoming projects and assisting Commercial Manager in the preparation of estimates and quotations.
∎ Assist Project Manager by Project Planning, Project Schedule, Cost Optimizing, Cost Control, Preparing Project Financial Statement.
∎ Preparation/ Over view of Engineering design & calculation for projects and Route Survey/ site survey and all Engineering studies for equipment installation at the foundation.
∎ Calculating (Ground Pressure, Trailer Suitability and Barge Ballasting, Crane Capacity, Steel Structures and Lifting Equipment) and determining the details of projects;
∎ Completion of AutoCAD drawings, Develop written Lifting Plans, Transport Plan, Method of Statement and maintain approval flows of lift planning of the projects.
∎ Development & control of the project with specified technical and quality standards, within budget & specified project duration.
∎ Designing custom Lifting devices, Pad Eye, Lifting Beam, Crane Outrigger Mat and undertake on-site inspections and oversees Erection works.
∎ Liaising with customers to ensure all aspects of the contracts were being effectively managed.
∎ Facilitate Lifting & Rigging related in house training (initial & refresher) for Company and Contractor workforce.
∎ Assist in Health Safety & Environmental Management System in the following areas.
∎ Define and maintain documented category and supplier strategies using market and competitive data.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality so as to obtain the maximum benefit for the company.
∎ Analyze all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high quality products at competitive pricing.
∎ Perform any other tasks, duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience:- At least 5 to 7 year(s) relevant field experience is preferred.
∎ Working knowledge in English & Bengali.
∎ Must be expert in Auto-CAD 2D and 3D.
