Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to Prepare Electrical Drawing & Design of Residential, Commercial building
∎ Capable to prepare Electrical BOQ
∎ Knowledge on BNBC, NFPA etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experienced in Real Estate Sector at least 08 years. IEB Membership is preferable
∎ The applicant's should have experience in following area - Real Estate, Developer & Group of Companies.
∎ Must Know - Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, ERP Software and other Civil Software
∎ Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Able to Work independently under pressure.
∎ Energetic, Creative, Sincere and Honest.
