∎ B.SC in Chemistry/ Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/IPE Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ We are Looking for bright and dynamic Candidate for the following position:
∎ Pidilite Speciality Chemicals (BD) Pvt. Ltd. (Maker of Fevicol)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead EHS department in order to maintain statutory compliances related to EHS independently (Example: DOE, BFSCD, DIFE etc.).
∎ Plan, execute and maintain internal and well as external audits and ensure compliance with proper corrective & preventive actions.
∎ Ensure EHS dashboard, safety requirement in the plants, depots, and city office.
∎ Maintain and improved performance of ETP in line with DoE and PIL/ PSCBL guidelines.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, occupational safety, workplace hygiene and healthy environment.
∎ Ensure functionality EHS machinery and equipment e.g., ETP, Fire Fighting Equipment and other safety equipment.
∎ Buildup safety culture among employees in order to make the workplace safer.
∎ Proper investigation of accident, incident and near misses & taking corrective & preventive actions.
∎ Plan and execute QEHS related training and build up awareness among employees.
∎ Organize periodic emergency drill and report to group.
∎ Adhere Permit to Work (PTW) system in the plants and depots.
∎ Ensure mandatory PPE compliance in workplace.
∎ Support Maintenance Team for Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance.

∎ At least 5 year(s) relevant role
∎ Applicants experienced in the following business area(s) will get priority
∎ Adhesives, Manufacturing, Chemical Industry, Paints, Pharmaceuticals.
