Inventory/Warehouse, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect product requisition from the Depots and make a delivery program to transfer the same
∎ Coordinate with the depot in charges for stock replenishment and take the necessary initiative to transfer stocks as per their requirements
∎ Make an alliance with SCM management & production line for stock availability at all depots and take the necessary steps in case of short stock
∎ Coordinate with respective Sales personnel to collect information about the delivery program & stock replenishment
∎ Monitor delivered & undelivered status of products by communicating with production & other supply chain colleagues regularly
∎ Maintain all reports & statistical data of planning, projection, lifting variance, vehicle's movement, transport service & customer order fulfillment time (OTIF)
∎ Create DO (Delivery Order) & TO (Transfer Order) of Sales and Depot demand in software for smooth delivery operation
∎ Correspond every day with all depots & relative party through email for Product price Issue or any notice
∎ Resolve various complex issue related to the depot to enhance the performance of the FMCG sector of MGI
∎ Prepare daily, monthly opening & closing stock report
∎ Assure & follow up on the practice of MGI Values & Behaviors

∎ Understanding Logistics & Distribution Management
∎ Practical knowledge of Delivery Schedule Management & optimization
∎ Analytical skill in Supply Chain Planning, Strategy, and Operation
∎ Practical knowledge in Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
