Job Responsibilities:
∎ HE operation monitoring, supervision & trouble-shooting
∎ All kinds of PR process and corresponding to related dept.
∎ DPSC, Dhaka North, Bogura, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Jessore Service Center’s admin related work and necessary decision making.
∎ ASC across the country adding through process, SAP ID creation, removing, closing process, SAP ID transformation.
∎ Claim to Supplier about product fault.
∎ Communication with Intra dept & inter dept.
∎ Communication with showroom about major issues.
∎ Development planning.
∎ Monthly service center visit.
∎ Critical issue solving by giving proper guidelines to team member.
∎ Data Analysis & Report to management
∎ Any task assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Network Development, Customer Service.
∎ Proactive, Willing and having courage to take challenge
Salary: Negotiable
