Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc (Civil) / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound knowledge in Real Estate Sector
∎ Able to conduct meeting with customer to receive optional changes and inform construction department with necessary formalities
∎ Prepare costing for optional & additional works against all individual flat/commercial space
∎ Response and solve all kinds of customer ( landowner/flat owner) desired changes for applicable project related works
∎ Support service provide in-between client and recovery division to recover the installment or overdue
∎ Response all customer queries to achieve customer satisfaction and try to build positive image of the company
∎ Attend on different project visit schedule with different counterpart's/customer
∎ Need to prepare different types of reports, internal notes, meeting minutes, comparative statement, e-mail correspondence and any others as per job requirements
∎ Project visit to collect different data/information/work status etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Capability of full understanding of detailed Architectural & Structural design.
