∎ Minimum MBA or Masters in Business.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Corresponding with all C&F, Freight forwarder & regulatory bodies in all post regarding import & export issues.
∎ Develop competitive source for consumables project materials.
∎ Provide quick support for smooth availability of consumables (Importing & Local items).
∎ Monitoring delivery and due diligence to ensure early release goods from ports and avoid any sort of port demurrages and fine/penalty.
∎ Monitoring renewal or amendment of all license and certifications.
∎ Preparing comparative statement for approval & issuing purchase order for required items.
∎ Ensure appropriate quotations from potential vendors, review, negotiation, prepare comparative statements to make the purchase cost effective.
∎ Discuss defective or unacceptable new goods or service with users and vendors to determine causes of problems with take effective and preventive action.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Strong know how of managing C&F, Customs & Port related functions.
