Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering from reputed Polytechnic Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Designing, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Independent management of project sites for both finishing and construction work.
∎ Budgeting and estimating proper application to the projects and control all project site.
∎ Preparation and implementation of project schedule as per target set by management.
∎ Have knowledge of suppliers and up to date products, materials and finishing items.
∎ Knowledge about structural design, Interior design, Finishing drawing, MEP drawing etc.
∎ Special knowledge about Glazing, EME and Sanitary work at project site.
∎ Dealing with all sorts of Utility work
∎ Prepare BOQ, Scheduling and Reporting of project work progress.
∎ Monitoring and improving materials requisition system (MRS).
∎ Checking all kinds of contractor, suppliers' bill as required.
∎ Coordination and relationship with all respectable clients & Project teams.
∎ Design as per BNBC & FAR Rule of all project.
∎ Detail Estimating and Costing of civil, interior decoration work, and others related work, Preparation of Refund Claim Statement, Computerized Rate Analysis.
∎ Short list of Clients Additional works Preparation of Project Budget & Monitoring, software) Materials Rate Collection from Local Market.
∎ Engineering Drawing Preparation by AutoCAD.
∎ Project Work Program Preparation by M S project software,
∎ Presentation preparation by M S Power point, Preparation of RAJUK/Poroshava Drawing sheet as per FAR rule, Control of Quality Assurance, Sourcing new materials / item in.
∎ Better Follow-up with Architectural, Engineering and Procurement for respective client related issues, Structural Design by ETABS software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have experience to work in large volume projects with industrial zone.
∎ Candidates must have experience to work with internationally reputed consultants & architects.
∎ Candidates must have adequate computer knowledge including Auto CAD design operation.
∎ Must have adequate supervision and administrative experience to handle large construction site in building project.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
