Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have experience in Substation & Generator Operation.
∎ Need to do maintenance & troubleshooting for Substation & Generator.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to machinery maintenance, incorporating best practices into maintenance strategies.
∎ Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the department, contributing to overall operational efficiency and profitability.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance machinery efficiency and longevity.
∎ Supervise a skilled team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
∎ Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize unplanned downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
∎ Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain uninterrupted production.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a secure and compliant work environment.
∎ Generate regular reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and efficiency metrics for management review.
∎ Must have experience in Substation & Generator Operation.
