Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor all the activities of Electrical & Instrument Department along with the plant maintenance & projects.
∎ Develop & implement the preventive & predictive maintenance systems.
∎ Responsible for maximizing the Plant Reliability & Reducing the down time & Mean Time Between Break down (MTBB).
∎ Assist the management to develop long term & short term plans for growth of the cement business.
∎ Assist the management in project evaluation, project planning as well as project execution, within agreed target time & budget.
∎ Liaise with various functional teams to achieve the overall management targets.
∎ Develop & Implement of SOP in the functional areas.
∎ Train up the subordinates to improve their skills, productivity & the efficiency.
∎ Supervise and ensure the house keeping & cleanliness of the plant / machineries is maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience minimum 15 years for Diploma and 10 years for B.Sc. Engineering.
∎ Should have experience 5 years at managerial level in Cement Factory.
∎ Excellent communication and listening skills.
∎ Leadership skill and team management capacity.
∎ Knowledge on fire safety and security issues.
∎ Ability of hazards identification and risk management.
∎ Positive approach in handling critical situation.
∎ Ability to work with direct and cross-functional teams.
∎ Job Location: Plant site at Sonargaon, Naryanganj. Transferable to other site of UCIL or any other business unit of MGI.
