Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations across relevant departments.
∎ Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, production, and distribution.
∎ Ensure product quality, brand consistency, and compliance with industry regulations.
∎ Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform decision-making.
∎ Foster a results-driven culture while mentoring and motivating team members.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG sector.
∎ Proven ability to lead, strategise, and drive performance under pressure.
∎ Strong understanding of production, marketing, and distribution channels.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple teams.

The role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to handle challenges effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
