Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any discipline from any University of Bangladesh
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to mechanical maintenance of machines as per standards to achieve the targeted availability of equipment's.
∎ Assist Mechanical team and plan for ensure uninterrupted operation.
∎ Troubleshoot problems occurred during production and perform repairing work under close supervision.
∎ Involvement in mechanical modification/improvement activities in the assigned area.
∎ Organize manpower and maintain schedule of prevention, shutdown and breakdown maintenance.
∎ Plan for spare materials based on corrective and preventive maintenance as per budget.
∎ Responsible for Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly maintenance work such as, time based maintenance, failure finding maintenance, condition based maintenance, predictive maintenance and risk based maintenance.
∎ Prepare daily maintenance report and submit it to supervisor accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Sound knowledge on Hydraulics System Pneumatic System and Mechanical Power Transmission system
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
