Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in EEE/Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Operate, Maintain of All Over Printing machine (Reggiani,MHM,Zimmer), Loop Steamer(Arioli), Continuous Washing (Goller) & Finishing (Bruckner, Monforts) and Engraving( SPGPrints, Signtronic) machineries.
∎ Take action in case of production related/machine related problems in the factory and solve accordingly
∎ Prevent, Operate and to do corrective maintenance work of different electric equipment and machineries.
∎ Perform in Programmable Logic Controller (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Wago, Lenze), Inverter, HMI etc. As well as Industrial automation. Take action in case of Foreign Communication for machine troubleshooting and E-mail correspondence
∎ Maintain daily checklist/ booklist for machine history, purchasing history etc. properly.
∎ Prepare daily schedule maintenance document and report regularly.
∎ Ensure Audit requirements as per ACCORD, ALLIANCE & NIRAPON as per BNBC & NFPA for electrical and building safety.
∎ Coordinate with other department as required like as cooperate and assist in operational activities with production department.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Well conversant in Microsoft Office Applications
∎ Candidates must have high interpersonal, communication, management skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.
∎ Willing to stay beside the factory at his own accord and provide emergency support any time when a critical situation arises in machine troubleshooting.
∎ Ownership mentality, dedicated to his responsibilities
