Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineer, Diploma in Engineering in Civil

Engineering Firms, Garments, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle independently civil construction work of Agro Project.
∎ Carry out visits to the construction sites of the company and submit report to Departmental Head on their current status.
∎ Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
∎ Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
∎ 3To prepare a project estimate and cost analysis based on working design/drawing.
∎ Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
∎ Provide cost estimates for materials, equipment, or labor to determine a project's economic feasibility.
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per design and specification.
∎ Ensure the whole work to be executed as per drawing design and specification with specified time frame.
∎ Prepare technical construction specifications, BOQ and as built drawings. Study the structural, architectural and other design/drawing pertinent to the project and execute construction works accordingly.
∎ To maintain liaison with the govt. agencies in connection with the construction / renovation in the project.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in civil engineering.
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
∎ Coordinating with Procurement Team and setting up guidelines for procuring quality materials.
∎ Monitors contractor's compliance with QA/QC requirements as per local and international codes. Adhere to all Codes of Practice, design standards, and health, safety and environmental regulations project analysis and design.
∎ Should be proactive, smart, energetic, self -motivated, determined and tactful.
∎ Will be responsible all building construction & project work of the organization.
∎ To make necessary communication with the consultant, Architect & various clients
