Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Import through LC and TT.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & manage L/C related work which includes, opening of L/C and its amendment, monitoring shipment, document retirement formalities and custom clearing.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with L/C opening Bank, C&F Agents, concerned agencies, Shipping companies/agent and insurance company.
∎ Should have experience in the field of Import through L/C and T/T.
∎ Preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions and according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin and other certificate).
∎ Obtain/renewal of all licenses (e.g. IRC, ERC, Trade License, Environmental Certificate, Membership Certificate etc.)
∎ Ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from Customs and save additional cost.
∎ Liaison with finance & accounts department for timely payment of L/C.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be presentable and well conversed.
∎ Should have a positive attitude, smart, hardworking, result-oriented.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: Negotiable
