∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare design concept, plan, and elevation, detailed & working drawing.
∎ Prepare all types of working & shop drawings.
∎ Prepare all types of authority drawings.
∎ Prepare Co-ordination drawings.
∎ Prepared ID Drawing & BOQ
∎ Creating design and working drawing by computer-aided design (AutoCAD, Sketch up, V-ray Render, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects and other relevant Software). Revit Architecture knowledge is preferable.
∎ Site visit & measurements.
∎ Maintaining any other work assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Applicant should have work experience about Hospital, School & Commercial building design & construction. Also full project work completion experience.
∎ Applicant should have hands on experience of Co-ordination Drawing
∎ Good 3D visualization and rendering skills.
∎ Good observational skills and ability to recreate 3D models.
∎ Applicant should have prepared experience of Presentation Drawing, Working Drawing, Construction Drawing, Shop Drawing, Rajuk Drawing & All Authority Drawing etc.
∎ The applicants should have expert in the following Software:
∎ Auto-Cad, 3d Studio Max, Sketch up, Lumion- Render, V-Ray Render, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Revit Knowledge will be preferable.
∎ Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
