Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
∎ Disseminate scientific information to Doctors and Health Care Professionals on regular
∎ basis via face-2-face and digital channels.
∎ Achieve Sales target through continuous prescription generation.
∎ Secure orders from chemists/pharmacies/institutions.
∎ Create consistent and increasing demand of the assigned products.
∎ Positively drive to ensure growth in Health Care Professional/Key Opinion Leader base.
∎ Arrange physical/virtual events with doctors.
∎ Achieve & secure Sales Force Excellence (SFE) and Digital KPls.
∎ Continuously update own knowledge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience will be an added advantage.
∎ As it is a field based job, willingness to travel throughout the country is required.
∎ Thorough understanding of pharma sales business/operations and dynamics.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ High level Of integrity and ethical standards.
∎ Tech-sawy person.
