Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in science streams (preferably pharmacy/Biological Science) from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
∎ Achieving monthly & yearly targets by generating prescriptions of the assigned products.
∎ Ensuring doctors call in assigned territory to generate prescriptions of the assigned products.
∎ Managing institutional stakeholders (Clinics, Hospitals, NGOs, other Healthcare Org etc.) through regular visits and maintaining liaison.
∎ Timely submission of sales call data into digital system, maintaining call notes and develop future action plans accordingly.
∎ Attending and actively participating in all periodic meetings/conference as and when necessary.
∎ Collaborating with distribution partner's team members for demand fulfillments on time in full.
∎ Promoting products according to the call plans.
∎ Delivering relevant promo-tools during doctors' visit as per Novartis selling model.
∎ Exemplify and role model Novartis values & behaviors in all aspects of the job.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Maximum 2 years of relevant experience, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Willing to work anywhere in the country as required by the organization.
∎ Ability to ride motorbike (may be relaxed for female candidates)
∎ Fundamental computer proficiency.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
