Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Examination as per schedule and publish result timely
∎ Educate course syllabus complete and thoroughly to student so that student can obtain academic feat with excellent academic result
∎ Provide necessary coaching and guideline during tutorial hour for the student
∎ Preparing the syllabus, worksheets, teaching materials, question papers and sample papers for students. Record all the marks of Assignments, Tests, Exams in the marks register.
∎ Planning lessons collaboratively with other teachers teaching the same batch.
∎ Maintaining general discipline in the College and Class & Ensuring that all students are attending the class.
∎ Using a wide variety of appropriate teaching strategies & teaching resources including lab facility
∎ Planning appropriate differential learning systems to meet the disparate needs of students of varying aptitude/caliber.
∎ Promoting an independent, inquiry-based learning with high standards of achievement marks in examination and gaining substantial applied knowledge for profession.
∎ Ensure remedial teaching and remedial work for weak students to bring them up to the expected standard.
∎ Organizing Department and College versatile academic activities and functions as required from time to time. Maintaining general discipline in the College.
∎ Keeping Principal informed about the progress of students, especially weak students.
∎ Working as a team player. Being a good ambassador of the College.
∎ Perform any other duty and responsibility assigned as per Job description by Principal of the College
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 years of Teaching Experience in " Medical & Surgical Nursing" subject from any reputed Nursing Institute.
∎ Technical Competencies:
∎ Good computer knowledge and MS word, Excel, PowerPoint
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Positive, Proactive & Agile learners
