Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive requests from registered members of Health Security Scheme with a positive and efficient attitude
∎ Record all data and information regarding each Health Security Scheme claim
∎ Liaison with the concerned authority to receive confirmation of the beneficiary's status
∎ Liaison with the concerned accounts team for claim settlement of beneficiary
∎ Keep beneficiary and related parties informed on claim related status
∎ Ensure all parties are aligned and working correctly and efficiently through tactical communication skills
∎ Ensure that all cases are dealt with prompt and effective action
∎ Gather data and prepare reports when necessary.
∎ Ensure field monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of services and improve the satisfaction of beneficiaries
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year of work experience in customer service will be prefer
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply
∎ Knowledge of database management, MS Office and PowerPoint
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Experience in problem solving, decision making, and report writing
∎ Good in team work, relationship management and time management
