Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Social Science / Development Studies) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend hotline incoming and outgoing calls to provide service to registered members in a positive and efficient manner
∎ Register the query of the artisans and keep a proper record of the claim by using web-based software as well as mobile applications
∎ Understand the query of the artisan to identify the issue and coordinate with field staff to provide service as per operational guidelines and policy
∎ Resolve the claim after proper verification and validation of related documents and information.
∎ Prepare high-quality reports for regular updates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
∎ Conduct field visits at different production units and sub-center to monitor the well-being programme of the artisans
∎ Coordinate with artisan, management staff and field staff for benefit disbursement of implemented project
∎ Ensure accurate and authentic registration of artisans and beneficiaries in the web portal
∎ Ensure regular updates of information regarding claims, benefits and scheme-related operations
∎ Assist field staff in providing refresher sessions by proving them with regular operational-related information updates and effective communication
∎ Maintain regular communication with concerned person, unit and department over phone, email and other modes of communication
∎ Conduct reconciliation of claim disbursement and cross-check with database on a weekly and monthly basis
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ 1-2 years of work experience in development project operations and customer service is preferred
∎ Expertise in database management and mobile applications
∎ Excellent communication skills and report-writing skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making skills
∎ Teamwork and relationship management
∎ Flexible to go for field visits on a frequent basis
