Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Chemistry/Microbiology) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct quality inspections and evaluations of herbal raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to establish and maintain quality benchmarks for raw materials and ingredients
∎ Follow the standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure optimum products are available in the relevant timeframe
∎ Implement and maintain quality control procedures, protocols, and documentation in line with industry regulations and best practices
∎ Perform regular product testing and analysis to identify any deviations from quality parameters and address potential issues proactively
∎ Visit producers and monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize product quality and efficiency
∎ Analyze lab test reports of the factories and ensure the quality of raw materials
∎ Participate in the development and review of product specifications, ensuring accuracy and alignment with quality standards
∎ Investigate and resolve customer complaints or feedback related to product quality, and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality measures throughout the product lifecycle
∎ Conduct internal audits and quality assessments to evaluate compliance with quality control procedures and make recommendations for improvement
∎ Keep abreast of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality control methodologies, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance Aarong Earth's quality processes
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 1-3 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in lab operation will be an additional advantage
∎ Knowledge of herbal products, product safety, production process, the quality control process of raw materials, and products
∎ Knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM)/Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL)
∎ Should have Knowledge of quality testing perimeters
∎ Chemist/ Microbiologist will get preference
