Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA major preferably in Finance, Management, Marketing or Economics from a reputed University. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline will be treated as an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person will be responsible for customer focused solutions that streamline credit processes through use of technology solutions combined with continuous process improvement to enhance both the customer experience and financial results.
∎ To monitor market trend and carry out competitive analysis of the Digital Lending market with an intent to continuously innovate around online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction, especially on Digital platforms.
∎ To have ample knowledge on the processes, regulatory policies and documentations required both for conventional and digital lending.
∎ To work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution of change processes with respect to bank policy and system enhancements.
∎ To serve as liaison between business team and technology team to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions by presenting development options based on best practices.
∎ To gather functional and non-functional business ideas and analyze design processes flow and documentation.
∎ To get involved in System User Acceptance Testing & offering Business Units support and training in all bank Digital Lending Solutions.
∎ To provide support and training continually to bank staff on new systems, products and policy updates.
∎ To Ensure the Portfolio management of digitally lent facilities across the bank

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years in relevant field
