Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture & B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills : Architectural Drawing & Structural design - drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having in-depth knowledge and understanding & preparing of architectural & engineering design drawing.
∎ Must have experience in project design.
∎ Knowledge on structural analysis & visualization
∎ Must have experience in preparing authority approval sheet.
∎ Efficiency in completing the projects with in the given time frame.
∎ Overseeing all the details of the Project from beginning to end till its handover.
∎ Responsible for total project planning projects implementation reducing the cost & wastage.
∎ Responsible for project control budgeting, manpower and resource utilization and materials allocation for different projects.
∎ Capable to do any work related to site management as assigned by the company.
∎ Assure quality of work and provide feedback to the team
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time

∎ The applicants should have experience in the Construction & Engineering company
∎ Proactive, self-driven, analytical skills, hard-working and motivated;
∎ Speaking and writing skills in English & Bangla.
∎ Willing and able to bear high levels of responsibility by making timely decisions and accountable to management.
∎ Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in preparing BOQ and work schedule in Microsoft Project is highly recommended.
∎ AutoCAD, ETABS or STAAD PRO knowledge is must.
