Job Context:
∎ Role Purpose:
∎ To maintain and enhance the working environments for staff, clients and visitors ensuring the highest levels of safety and productivity
∎ To provide quality property and administrative solutions which meet business requirements.
∎ To manage and provide a high quality, efficient and integrated security service in line with PwC standards in order to allow PwC Bangladesh programmes and services to operate safely and securely.
∎ To work as an active team member with the business service lead of the PwC Bangladesh office on facilities management and business services functions across all PwC Bangladesh premises.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Operational FM service delivery
∎ Monitor and deliver specific FM services in accordance with agreed Service Level
∎ Agreements (SLAs) so as to meet customer needs and operational requirements at PwC Bangladesh offices.
∎ Provide specific technical advice on premises and facilities matters to senior management, including developing appropriate, costed business cases
∎ Manage and coordinate logistics related to international staff movements to include travel, and housing, amongst others
∎ - Contracted building management
∎ Liaise and work closely with relevant appointed supply partners to manage the mechanical and electrical services installation to include air conditioning, plumbing, generators and water supplies, transformers, fire, physical security and other related hard services to ensure that these are kept in good working order, meet the operating requirements of the PwC Bangladesh business.
∎ Liaise and work closely with relevant appointed supply partners to manage catering, cleaning, international couriers, grounds maintenance and other related customer services, so as to meet business needs and expectations, meet the operating requirements of the PwC Bangladesh business.
∎ - Security management
∎ Provide day to day security management of security staff (guards) provided by an outsourced company. Provide sound, accurate and reliable security briefings and updates for Country Leadership Team by collating security information from avariety of sources including networking with local security and police agencies.
∎ Leading on travel risk assessment process and visitor management. Managing and approving vehicle travel by staff or visitors for field visits (route planning, risk assessments and ensuring vehicles are equipped and fit for travel)
∎ - Health & safety management
∎ Ensure that all premises and international staff residences/guest houses are compatible with appropriate Health, Safety & Fire standards
∎ Ensure regular maintenance tests are carried out and communicated. These include fire alarm tests, smoke alarm tests, fire extinguisher testing, and routine tests of the fire alarm/staff exit procedures and records kept. Maintain and manage a team of Fire Marshalls and First Aiders and ensure appropriate training and regular communication.
∎ - Business relationship management
∎ Implement monthly meetings with stakeholders, to gather, respond and act on user feedback on FM services.
∎ Provide accurate, up-to-date and timely information on any changes or developments to Resources services or Business Services policies to stakeholders.
∎ - Financial planning and management:
∎ Preparation of annual budget plans and forecasts for PwC Bangladesh expenditure to meet organizational planning requirements.
∎ Assist the Business Services Lead of PwC Bangladesh office with the regular monitoring and reporting of expenditure against plan via monthly report including accounting for any variations against plan.
∎ - Travel and Fleet management
∎ Person will be responsible for the day to day running of the transportation and various travel management operations i.e., ticketing, visa, accommodation etc. as per the business need.
∎ Ensuring a safe and reliable service to the staff.
∎ This responsibility will extend to developing strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective functioning of the service.
∎ - Organize Meetings and Events:
∎ Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. The person will be responsible for booking venues, arranging catering, and ensuring that all attendees have the necessary information and materials.
∎ - Data & record keeping:
∎ Maintain documentation of FM policies, procedures and guidance so that this is up-to-date, appropriate and readily available to customers and stakeholders of the FM services, and compliant with any relevant requirements for keeping of statutory records.
∎ Responsible to maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems. They will ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date, and that files are organized and easy to access.

∎ At least 5 years’ experience of facilities management in a large organization
∎ operating across multiple sites and locations.
∎ Experience of managing competing stakeholders demands as part of a business
∎ operations team.

∎ Well-rounded commercial and management awareness and understanding of the
∎ job.
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
