Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Architecture from a reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts. Concept development and implement the ideas through creative presentation.
∎ Sound knowledge in Design & Drawing of Residential & Commercial Buildings.
∎ Responsible to Check. Correct and receiving feedback of preliminary Design from Landowner and Management.
∎ Responsible to prepare Marketing Drawing. Brochure. Fencing & Billboard Design.
∎ Troubleshoot the problems at Construction Site and Materials related issues.
∎ Must know FAR Calculation & RAJIJK related rules.
∎ Preparation and Modification Of RAJIJK Plan.
∎ Should have expertise in Auto CAD 20 & 3D, Sketch-up. Corel Draw.
∎ Prepare detailed Workings. Drawings and Specifications with coordination of Architect.
∎ Structural. Electrical and Plumbing Engineer.
∎ Negotiate and meeting with nominated consulting firms and collect design.
∎ Carry out regular site visits to check on progress and ensure that the Project is running on time.
∎ Construction Site Monitoring. Physical Check up before Casting & provide all design
∎ required support towards site.
∎ Analysis/ Problem Solving: thoroughly thinks out and evaluates alternatives and
∎ recommends the one that best meets the business and professional need Of the
∎ situation regardless of personal biases.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Having IAB Membership is preferable.
∎ 03 (Three) years or more working Experience in Real Estate Industry.
∎ Effective Time Management Skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
∎ Extensive Knowledge on Max, CAD. Sketch Up, MS Office.
