Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Architect from reputed institute.
∎
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare architectural 3D modelling and 3D render works.
∎ Prepare architectural 3D animation works.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design & drawings for interior and exterior residential and commercial projects.
∎ RAJUK approval drawings and construction working drawings.
∎ Understanding 0f FAR and BNBC.
∎ Auto Cad presentation, 3D modelling presentation & power-point presentation.
∎ Drafting & develop detailed AutoCAD planning & working drawings.
∎ Graphical Design presentation
∎ Prepare As built drawings of the different residential & commercial projects.
∎ Work with senior management seniors for project supervision & implementation.
∎ Supervise ongoing projects periodically.
∎ Perform every other task assigned by the management.
∎ 3D Animation in Sketch-up or Lumion (software).
∎ 3D render in Sketch-up or Lumion (software).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong knowledge of 3D sketch-up & Lumion experience will be preferred.
∎ Architectural 3D visualization, 3D renders & 3D animation.
∎ Will have to travel frequently.
