∎ B.Sc. in Marine Engineering with good academic track record.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Query generation, technical meeting with concern persons, price negotiation, mature sales, ensure timely delivery, hand over products as per agreement, communicate with service department and complete project successfully.
∎ Ensure pre-sales & after-sales technical/engineering support to customers.
∎ Communicate with Principal, achieve price benefit & facility, ensure timely shipment and maintain good & mutual relationship.
∎ Assist related departments (SCM, Service, Finance, Store etc.) and ensure proper team works & good job environment.
∎ Assist & motivate team mates to develop market & project completion successfully.
∎ Ensure customer’s satisfactions and get repeated sales.
∎ Market research & continuous development.
∎ Create an enriched network with all related concern persons/ industries involved with marine business.
∎ Prepare strategic business plan for project to project.
∎ Closely monitor competitor’s movement & strategy.
∎ Lead the team and achieve yearly sales target.
∎ Report to HOD & line manager properly, and keep record all data & documents.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sharp knowledge on ship’s propulsion system, new ship building, and sales ability.
∎ Good analytical and presentation skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Fluency both in Bengali and English
∎ Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
Salary: Negotiable
