Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA/ B.Sc Engineering/ Diploma Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work for motorcycle spare parts section to maintain warehouse inventory.
∎ Read spare parts catalogs for understanding parts number and description.
∎ Receive dealers' call and fill their request for parts order.
∎ Receive payment against the order and confirm with finance department.
∎ Prepare spare sales invoice and distribute parts to dealers.
∎ Check returned parts from dealers and exchange defective parts or refund money.
∎ Mark and store spare parts in warehouse according to company guideline.
∎ If documents are required, ask dealer staff about spare parts specification.
∎ Providing information to supervisor, coworkers, subordinates by telephone, e-mail or in-person.
∎ Prepare musok-6.3 against sales regularly.
∎ Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

∎ Ability to analyse information and solve the problems.
∎ Ability of time management and having cooperative mind.
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bangla.
