Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / Masters major in Accounting from a reputed university.
∎ CA (part qualified) or CMA (7 subject passed) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience in any reputed public listed organization. Preferably in Non-Life Insurance.
∎ To carryout compliance plan throughout the year and continuous contribution to the development of General Ledger control crop up with IT.
∎ Ensure adequate understanding of the compliance structure provided by the regulatory guidelines.
∎ To monitor monthly bank reconciliation report and transaction with supporting documents.
∎ To support and team up with cross-functional departments to ensure that financially prudent decisions are undertaken.
∎ To communicate with & assist the external auditors (including special & internal auditors).
∎ Computer operating knowledge on MS word & MS Excel is mandatory. Applicant should be self-motivated and ready to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Strong Analytical skills, independent working ability to perform all the relevant duties.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management in due course.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Proficient in IT and computer skills.
∎ Strong communication skill (written & verbal) in both English and Bangla language.
∎ Ability to stay calm and tactful under pressure.
∎ Strong management, adaptability, team work, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
∎ At least 5 years' experience in Finance & Accounts Department of any reputed public listed company, preferably in non-life insurance company.
