Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
∎ Coordinate arrangements, meetings and/or conferences as assigned.
∎ Compile, proofread and revise drafts of documents and reports.
∎ Daily record keeping and filing of documents.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
∎ Create and organize information, and generate reference tools for easy use.
∎ Keep CM's Calendars in Sync
∎ Respond to emails, messages and other correspondence where necessary.
∎ Operate and maintain office equipment.
∎ Manage busy calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
∎ Professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
∎ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
∎ Taking dictation and minutes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ 3-5 years Multinational Company experience
∎ 5-7 years
∎ Certified in English like "ILTS" with excellent score is a must.
∎ Strong project management skill
∎ Strong Executive Presence
∎ Advanced PC skills in MS Excel preferred with proficiency in MS Words, PowerPoint & etc.
∎ Able to work independently and willingness to support others
∎ High level of personal & business integrity
∎ Strong organizing skills, able to manage multiple tasks
∎ Detailed oriented w/ good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ A fast learner with analytical mind
