∎ Classroom Management: Creating a positive learning environment, managing behavior, and fostering respect and collaboration among students.
∎ Support and Guidance: Providing academic support, addressing student needs, and sometimes offering personal and emotional guidance.
∎ Professional Development: Continually improving their own skills through training and workshops.
∎ Parental Engagement: Communicating with parents about student progress and involving them in the educational process.
