• Fluency in English will be considered an advantage.

• The Applicants should have taken class in both Bengali & English Version.

• Strong Classroom Management and student engagement skills.

• Ability to use digital tools (MS Word, Power point) for teaching.

• Creative Approach to lesson planning and presentation.

• Good Interpersonal skills, innovative and a team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to motivate weak students and improve their performance,

• Familiarity with NCTB curriculum (English Version)

• Perform other works which designed by Management.

• Computer Knowledge ( word, excel & power point)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plan as per the prescribed curriculum
• Conduct class as per the lesson plan.
• Prepare, administer and evaluate Class tests, Quiz and Term Exams.
• Monitor the progress of the student to counsel them and assist them to improve.
• Willing to do all the works assigned by the section management and School Management.

• Own Structure of the Institute.
