Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparing lesson plan as per curriculum.
- Maintaining enjoyable classroom environment.
- Preparing, co-operating and evaluating class test, quiz and term exams. Monitoring the progress of the student to counsel them and assisting them to improve.
- Ensuring active participation of students in the class.
- Must have the ability to speak clearly to students, other teachers, guardians and administration officials.
- Teachers have to find ways to involve students into their lessons in creative ways.
- Maintaining proper discipline in the classroom.
