Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure customer satisfaction to be no. 1.
∎ To ensure customer complain received then test ride and prepare estimate cost for service.
∎ To ensure customer received by warm greetings and polite manner.
∎ Go to service advisor and explain details problem after test ride and help to customer to explain properly about Motorcycle problem.
∎ To ensure speedy service to customer job card, bike problem and guidelines hand over to technician.
∎ After finish the service then explain to customer about work and go for test ride to ensure quality inspection check done.
∎ Time to time customer serial check in parking area for next service.
∎ Every day around 45 motorcycle need to receive and explain to the customer and service advisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill both in written & verbal abilities of English.
∎ Conversant with MS Office applications.
∎ Motorcycle diving knowledge & having driving license.
