Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Automobile/B.Sc in Mechanical/ BBA/MBA from reputed institutes.
∎ Skills Required: Candidates should have motorcycle riding skill.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-conduct the Motorcycle Safety Foundation's Basic Rider Course for BHL staff and customers.
∎ Ensure that the training is conducted in a safe manner.
∎ Ensure all motorcycles are in operating order at the end of each training and keep range and storage area clean.
∎ Creating and modeling a quality learning environment that supports a customer.
∎ Arrange in-house associate training and keep record.
∎ Maintaining classroom, Training raiding area and including upkeep of assigned equipment.
∎ Providing the security of facilities, equipment and instructional materials and maintaining safe working condition.
∎ Maintain the training record, schedule, using a variety of technology-based on program.
∎ Make monthly and progress update report to management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 26 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be riding experience on bike or scooter (skilled and safety).
∎ Priority for driving license.
∎ Passion for bike riding.
∎ Be trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential documents with safety & responsible attitude.
∎ Should have Motorcycle maintenance skill.
∎ Should have good customer communication skills.
∎ Should be fit and healthy.
∎ Should be competent in communication both in English & Bengali.
∎ Should have good command in Computer Knowledge.

Salary: Negotiable
