Job Context:
∎ Applications are invited for the post of UK University Assistant Regional Manager Based in Sylhet. This is a Sylhet central role supporting the development and implementation of the University`s Recruitment and Business Development strategy and will include the following.
∎ This role will require the candidate to spend considerable time travelling to cities within Sylhet & the local region. Therefore, he/she is expected to be flexible to work during weekends and evenings, as required.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with colleagues at the University's International Office and Career and Employability Centre.
∎ supporting the University's Recruitment and Partnership activities in Bangladesh.
∎ Specifically:
∎ Use the University's Customer Relation Management (CRM) software and related tools to manage agents, leads and applications and business development (partnership) activities In partnership with the University, design, monitor and coordinate recruitment activities Participate in recruitment fairs and events as and when required and work alongside the Bangladesh Administrative Officer in recruitment activities.
∎ Respond to inquiries and requests from the University on a priority basis
∎ Ensure effective marketing and communications activities
∎ Provide marketing information with appropriate data and market analysis on demand of University courses and potential new courses.
∎ Assist with setting up Meetings and advising on possible contacts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age is not a limitation.
∎ Proven ability to work and communicate fluently in English.
∎ Excellent communications skills (written, oral and presentation) in English.
∎ Ability to work independently in a proactive manner.
∎ Excellent computing & negotiation skills
∎ Excellent research and report writing skills
Salary: Negotiable
