Responsibilities & Context:
Advice / Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarship abroad for global students.
Assist with activities to promote overseas educational institutions represented by the company and / or provide the most suitable study options to students based on their profile, needs & aspirations.
Guiding students with applications and forwarding student applications to universities.
Provide telephonic counselling to the leads of all resources & invite them to walk in to the office for counselling.
Meet foreign university delegates.
Representing company during fairs and events.
Liaising with Universities and University officers.
Chase with the universities regarding offer letters, academic unconditional and CAS letters.
Process offers and CAS letters.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report based on leads, conversation, payment, CAS and Visa status.
Any other tasks assigned by TCL Global management.
