Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Project Accountant in receiving materials as per MRF and PO, ensuring proper gate entry and documentation.
∎ Help maintain accurate stock records in ledgers, registers, and ERP on a daily basis.
∎ Support the preparation of SRVs and ensure timely ERP entries.
∎ Issue materials to the site and keep proper records of issuance and consumption.
∎ Assist in preparing daily and monthly stock reports and petty cash statements.
∎ Participate in physical stock verifications and reconcile with ERP data.
∎ Support tagging and tracking of fixed assets, ensuring minimal wastage.
∎ Maintain preliminary records for scrap sales and surplus materials.
∎ Ensure compliance with store security measures like lock and key protocols.
∎ Assist in compiling handover reports and coordinating with Head Office as required.
